Patrick Egan is a licensed Minnesota attorney (admitted 1992) with over 30 years of combined legal and practical experience in mediation, estate planning, tax planning, contract law, construction law, and insurance law. His background integrates multi-million-dollar real estate development and management with strong finance and accounting expertise, including an earlier career in investment advisory services focused on equity and debt markets, portfolio management, and capital structuring.

As General Counsel for Navigator Real Estate Group since 2005, Patrick has led negotiation and enforcement of complex contracts, managed $70M+ in construction and real estate projects, handled insurance and risk allocation matters, and overseen major developments including Telluride Lodge in Watford City, ND, and hotel rebranding in Williston, ND. He brings this real-world perspective to every matter, helping clients mitigate disputes and optimize outcomes.

Patrick is a Rule 114 Qualified Neutral on the Minnesota Supreme Court Administrator’s Roster of Qualified Individuals in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) and has completed Civil Mediation Training through the Mediation Center in Saint Paul, Minnesota.
